Plan "B" was designed and built to reflect classic Cape Cod architecture.  It is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Walton County, in the community of Sunrise Beach.  The community is enclosed in a private neighborhood on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.  The house is located approximately 50 yards from the beaches.  The decks on the 1st and 2nd floors have wonderful views of the gulf.

The home is just under 3000 sq. ft. of living area with 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen) and 3 full baths.  There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  The master bedroom is located upstairs, however the bedroom downstairs was designed as a master as well to accommodate those who are unable to or simply do not wish to tackle the stairways on a daily basis.  In all, the home comfortably sleeps 10.

Plan "B" is completely furnished with all of the expected amenities.  The house is tastefully decorated by interior designer Stan Moser/Memphis, TN with a splash of traditional flair and color, but retains the uniqueness, and some of the quirkiness, of the typical beachside vacation home.  The furnishings throughout the house are truly unique and are complimented with the beauty and durability of antique furniture and accessories.  There are televisions in each of the bedrooms, as well as the loft area and the living room.
The home is also equipped with a stereo, as well as DVD and VHS systems.  The kitchen is fully furnished with the expected hardware.  All you need to bring is the goodies!  There is also a charcoal grille on the patio.  Don't forget about the washer and dryer upstairs, and the fireplace downstairs for those cool Fall or Spring mornings.  There is also parking available for 4 full-sized vehicles.
